Terms of Service

Effective 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Physo, the practice platform available at physo-health.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What Physo is — and isn't

Physo provides software: scheduling, teleconsultation video, records, exercise prescription and tracking, chat, billing and content tools for physiotherapists and their patients. Physo does not provide healthcare. All care, advice and treatment come from the independent professionals who use the platform. Physo is not an emergency service — in a medical emergency in India call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

2. Accounts

3. Professional responsibilities

4. Exercise programmes

Exercise prescriptions on Physo are created by your physiotherapist for you specifically, based on their clinical assessment. Physical exercise carries inherent risk. Follow your prescription as given — do not exceed the prescribed sets, frequency or range — and stop and contact your physiotherapist if an exercise causes sharp pain, swelling, numbness or dizziness. Exercise previews and library content are general demonstrations, not medical advice, and are no substitute for your physiotherapist's instruction.

5. Payments

Patients pay physiotherapists directly (e.g., via UPI to the physiotherapist's own ID). Physo does not process, hold or guarantee payments, and fee disputes are between patient and physiotherapist. Payment screenshots attached to bookings are stored as part of the record.

6. Acceptable use

7. Plans and fair use

The Free plan includes the full feature set with limits (currently 5 patients and 3 AI carousels per month). Paid tiers lift these limits. AI generation is also subject to daily fair-use limits. We may adjust limits with notice in the app.

8. Content and data

You retain rights to content you create. You grant Physo the licence needed to store, display and transmit it in order to run the service. Privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physo is not liable for the acts or omissions of physiotherapists or patients, for outcomes of care or exercise programmes, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Physo for the service in the 12 months before the claim (₹0 on the Free plan).

11. Termination

You may stop using Physo at any time and request account deletion ([email protected]). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered place of business of Physo's operator.
